The terms you agree to when you book or use any Anupam Luxe service.
About these terms
These terms form an agreement between you and Anupam Luxe ("Anupam Luxe"), India. By creating an account or booking a service you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer.
Who we serve
Anupam Luxe provides personal-care, beauty and adornment services to women only. You must be 18 or over to create an account or book. A service for anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or guardian who is present during the visit.
Your account
You sign in with your name and WhatsApp number. Keep your phone secure and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for bookings made through your account.
Bookings
A booking is a request until we confirm it on WhatsApp or phone. We may decline or reschedule a booking if no professional is available, and we will tell you as early as possible.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price confirmed at booking is the price you pay; doorstep travel is free. Payment is due by cash or UPI after the service, unless agreed otherwise.
Your responsibilities
Please give us a correct address and contact number, provide a safe, clean and well-lit space, and tell us about any allergy, skin condition, pregnancy or medical concern before the service. We recommend a patch test for any new product.
Our professionals
Services are carried out by trained, background-verified female professionals, who provide personal-care services only. A professional may decline or end a visit if she feels unsafe, if the space is unsuitable, or if anything outside the scope of a beauty appointment is requested.
Lawful use
Anupam Luxe operates strictly within the law. We do not engage in, promote, assist or permit any unlawful or dishonest activity of any kind, and any such request will end the visit.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anupam Luxe is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury to any person or property arising before, during or after a visit, except where caused by our proven negligence. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be limited by contract.
Content and trademarks
The Anupam Luxe name, logo, text and design of this website belong to us. Please do not copy them without written permission.
Complaints
Contact our Grievance Officer, Grievance Officer, Anupam Luxe, at patildhanshree2025@gmail.com or +91 72195 36029. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in India have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
