How cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work.
Cancelling or rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 3 hours before your appointment, from My account or by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 72195 36029.
Late cancellations and no-shows
For cancellations within 3 hours of the slot, or if no one is available at the address, we may charge a small visit fee. We always tell you the amount before it applies.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel or cannot deliver a service, you pay nothing, and anything already paid is refunded in full.
Unhappy with a service
Tell us within 48 hours of the visit. Depending on the issue we will offer a free re-visit to correct it or a full or partial refund.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, or by UPI if you paid in cash, within 7 working days of approval.
