How Anupam Luxe collects, uses and protects the limited information you share when you book.
Anupam Luxe ("Anupam Luxe", "we", "us") provides at-home beauty services for women. For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.
Registered address: India. Phone / WhatsApp: +91 72195 36029. Email: +91 72195 36029.
Account details: your name and WhatsApp number, which you give us to create your account and sign in.
Booking details: the services you choose, date, time, service address and any notes you add. If you choose to tell us about allergies or skin conditions, we use that only to keep you safe during the service.
Optional profile details: email address and saved home address.
Technical data: an essential sign-in cookie and basic server logs (such as IP address and time of request) used only for security and fraud prevention.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, government ID numbers, card numbers or bank passwords.
To create and secure your account, take and confirm bookings, assign a professional, travel to your address, contact you about your appointment on WhatsApp or phone, handle cancellations, refunds and complaints, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you sign in and book, and for legitimate uses permitted by law. We do not use your data for advertising profiles and we never sell it.
Only the professional assigned to your visit and the staff who coordinate it can see your booking. Beauticians see only the jobs assigned to them.
Trusted service providers who help us run the website (web hosting, our messaging on WhatsApp, and font and image delivery networks) process limited data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
We use only essential cookies: one keeps you signed in (up to 60 days) and one remembers your first name to greet you. Staff sign-in uses standard WordPress cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so no cookie banner is needed. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; you will simply be signed out.
Your account stays until you delete it from My account or ask us to delete it.
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require (typically up to 8 years), then deleted or anonymised. Security logs are kept for a short period.
The site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Sign-in tokens are stored only in hashed form, staff access is limited by role, and our systems are reviewed regularly for security.
Under the DPDP Act you can: ask for a summary of the data we hold about you; correct, complete or update it; ask us to erase it; withdraw your consent at any time (this will not affect processing already done); nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to; and seek grievance redressal.
You can edit or delete your account yourself in My account, or contact our Grievance Officer below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Bookings must be made by a person aged 18 or over. A service for anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or guardian, who must be present during the visit. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.
